Why tint your windows?

May 31st, 2010

Tinted auto glass is immensely beneficial for those who routine travel in bright conditions. Not only will the tinted glass diffuse these otherwise blinding glares, but also the tint will protect your vehicle from harmful UV rays. UV rays have been shown to degrade a car’s upholstery and leather interior more quickly. Colors fade and plastic or leather trim dries out and becomes brittle, cracking and warping due to constant exposure to intense sunlight and heat. Having your vehicle’s windows professionally tinted will dramatically slow down this process and filter out most of the UV light that causes this damage. Furthermore, the tinted windows will reduce the amount of heat that gets trapped inside the car on a hot day. This means that your car will be easier to cool down, spending less gas on running the air conditioner to achieve a comfortable temperature. You won’t have to dread getting into your car on a hot, sunny day because it will be much cooler than if you did not have tinted windows.

Another great benefit of having tinted windows is privacy is greatly increased. Criminals are far less likely to break into a vehicle if they can’t see inside. Why waste time breaking into a car if there is no guarantee of getting valuables? Tinted windows block outsiders from seeing in, which make your belongings much more secure than if they were sitting unprotected in a car without tinted windows.

UV rays and car window tinting

May 18th, 2010

UV light rays aren’t just harmful to your vehicle’s interior. Sunburn on our skin is caused by exposure to these light rays. It is easy to get sunburn when driving, even if your windows are closed. Normal auto glass does not filter as much of the sun’s harmful rays, so it is possible for you to still receive a nasty burn. With car window tinting, your auto glass can filter out up to 95% of UV light. You won’t have to worry about being sunburn on one half of your body, even on the longest of road trips.

Why apply window tints to your vehicle?

May 16th, 2010

Having car window tinting applied to your vehicle is not only a very smart alternative to letting the sun beat your interior up, but also a great highlight for many cars. The car leather seats can enjoy a long life while you can forget about that sloppy towel in the seat protecting from seat burn that can be quite painful and sometimes severe. Tinting isn’t just an accessory that can provide the best style; it is also the best option for keeping those expensive leather seats cool and safe from damage.

Car window tinting is such a low cost accessory for a vehicle that costs well below the cost of a new set of car leather seats. You aren’t alone in the fight against UV damage to your vehicle’s beautiful interior. For the best application, a professional is the most qualified person to consult in in getting your window tinting as professional and adequate as possible, which can be the difference between efficiency and just simple being no good. If you want the job done right the very first time and to provide the most protection possible for your vehicle, it is necessary that you employ the use of a professional to maintain your vehicle’s class and ensuring all applications are applied appropriately, as to let them provide their functions.

why window tinting for your car?

May 14th, 2010

When most people decide to get window tinting it’s mainly for the looks. And some may recognize the sun protection value. But very few are aware of the safety measure it adds to the glass. Window tinting has been known to hold shattering glass together during accidents. This is a safety protection that many don’t realize. The film actually comes in different degrees of protection according to your personal preference.

To go along with the UV-Ray protection aspect of window tinting, it also reduces the amount of heat that gets into the car from the sun. You save plenty of air conditioning with the protective quality of good tinting film. If you’re going to have a great-looking ride, then why not a comfortable one as well.

Window tinting will help you avoid the fading and bleaching out of the interior colors too. Glare reduction for driving is another benefit. And if the criminal element can’t see into your car, they’re far less likely to break into it, so it also serves as a crime deterrent. Some of the tinting you can get is strong enough that you’d have a hard time busting through it with a baseball bat. Now that’s protection! It’s just an all around good investment for your car.

tinting your windows is really useful in sunny weather

May 9th, 2010

England is not a country blessed with plenty of sun. When it is here we all like to get out and go in the garden, out for a barbeque, hiking, messing about in boats. Still quite a lot of cars don’t have air conditioning as standard and so when it does warm up it can get uncomfortrable hot. This is most apparent for children, and pets in the back of the car. To help keep the warm down to a comfortable level tinting your windows can be the ideal thing. It helps to keep the heat down and helps also to keep harmful UV rays out.

We’ve updated the styling of our website for window tinting companies to make it very modern and easy to use. Drop us a comment with your feedback.

We’ve also added window tinting companies in:
